I'm Cori Lefkowith, Owner and Trainer at Redefining Strength

I thought Pull Ups came easy to me. I've always been able to do at least a couple. But a few Pull Ups is where I stalled. I just never seemed to be able to reach those double digits I saw other women attaining.

Even in college, when I was training and working out for hours every day as a Division I scholarship athlete, I was only ever able to do 5 at my best.

It wasn't until I started developing the workouts in my 30-Day Challenge that I was able to kickstart my Pull Ups and begin building toward those double digits.

As I perfected the workouts in what has now become my Learn How To Do A Pull Up Program, I saw my Pull Ups increase from 5 to 8. Then to 12. And finally to 15.

And now, on a good day, I can even hit 20!

When I realized I'd been able to take my Pull Ups from 5 to 15, I knew I needed to put my workouts and experience to good use and create a program for other women looking to improve their Pull Ups.

I then began testing the program on my female clients at my gym. I saw client after client improve their Pull Ups. And had numerous women achieve their first Pull Up and then quickly achieve 2 and then 3 in a row.

Every new female client I had come in, would be in awe of these women doing Pull Ups and would ask if the workouts would help them get there too.

The best part is I didn't even need to tell them YES.

My clients did.

Jessica - Achieved First Pull Up

Before the 30-Day Pull Up Challenge started I could feel myself getting stronger in my upper body but I still was way off from completing a pull up from a dead hang (which was my goal). Throughout the challenge, I completed the stretches and did the workouts, all of which helped my mind/body connection tremendously.

Toward the end I found myself reaching for heavier weights and actually doing more reps with them, which gave me hope I might be able to at least pull myself up halfway. When it was time to start testing, I went into the corner so I wouldn't fail in front of my friends.

I went into the dead hang and started to pull myself up totally thinking I was going no where quick.  To my surprise I was 3/4 of the way there and luckily I had a witness, who cheered me on till I reached the top. Then a couple minutes later I tried it again and was able to do it and this time I was cheered on by everyone which made it that much better! Thanks to the 30-Day Pull Up Challenge I feel both better mentally and physically and now I can do a full pull up, something even some fit men cant do!

Michele - Pull Ups After Failures

Well, after battling my confidence and struggling day after day wondering why I couldn't do a pull up after beginning training in November, I finally pulled it off.

I've been wanting to accomplish a pull up so badly because I'm a 46 year old woman that works in a male dominated environment and of the small (very small) percentage of women we do have, only half can do a pull up.

[From the Challenge], the most important thing I learned was what a mind-body connection was, and the next best thing I learned was how much I loved the different stretches involved. They felt so great that I did them more often than what was scheduled.

I'm absolutely thrilled and now need to replace all of the windows in the basement because when I finally got that first pullup, I let out shrieks that called dogs from miles away. And then I cried tears of joy.

I loved the program, it was all perfectly laid out, with all what you needed in one single place. It worked very nicely with all the guidance included.

My pull ups (I'm using plural because it sounds better and it will be plural soon anyway [which it did]) definitely improved, even with my typical skepticism... It worked.

The program works.  The holds were particularly useful to think about which muscles are involved while doing pull ups. But above all it was the mini band work. It helped me to make that mind-body connection without which little works. [Now] I want to keep this up!

I am definitely feeling the benefits of the Challenge!  My posture has improved.  I put on lean muscle mass on my back and legs.  I am squatting and deadlifting more weight.  The frequent Activation workouts were very helpful for me.  Having a dominant anterior chain the workouts helped to balance me out.  The warm up and and recovery kept me injury free.

The 30 Day Pull Up Challenge is a well designed program.  The manual is very clear with detailed instructions and photos. It includes all the tools needed to properly warm up, perform the exercises and recover. Modifications for all fitness levels are included.

Can I do this program even if I can't do a Pull Up? +

YES! This program was designed for women who want to achieve their first Pull Up and more!

Do I need a gym membership to do this program? +

No you don't! You can do this program at home with just a doorway Pull Up bar and a Mini Band. A barbell, or at least weights and resistance bands, are recommended and used in the program, but the workouts can easily be adjusted if you have limited equipment.

What's the difference between the two packages? +

The PREMIUM Package includes not only the Complete Guide but also the COMPLETE Video Series. In the Video Series are the following videos:
